Breathwork is a type of meditation, utilizing gentle breathing techniques to release stress, stored emotions, and unprocessed energy from the body. Through conscious, guided breathing, oxygen levels are increased in your body, stimulating its natural ability to cleanse itself. In a breathwork session, a professional trained Breathworker guides your breath in a manner that increases the level of oxygen in your body, which increases your overall energy. You may experience physical sensations or an emotional response during a breathwork session as a form of energy & emotional release.
